We love our customers, if you are not happy with the product or any other reasons, we have 100% customer satisfaction policy for you, which empower you to return the product, within 7 days of the parcel delivery, it’s very smooth and speedy which is free of cost.

Step by step process-
1-Simply call or email our back-end team to execute your return
2- Within 1 day, you will receive bar code
3- Pack the product & other accessories as you received in the same packing and paste Bar code on the packing box
4- Our logistics partner will come to your given address and pick-up the return.
Amount Refund Policy: – Within 2-3 days, after receiving your return product at our dispatch center, full amount will be refund, to the same source, through which payment has been made by you .
Terms & Conditions
- Product must be return, in original packing along with all the wires and accessories come along with the order.
- If device physical broken or tampered in such case return request would not be approved.
- Acumen GPS India Private Limited have right to cancel or dismiss your return request. If found suspected, doing suspicious activity.
- If 7 days crossed to the delivery, than return window will be closed, however customers are welcome to claim for the replacement till the 1 year from the date of purchase, in case any issue reported into the product.
Warranty & Replacement Policy
We (Acumen Track) have quality check & inspection department, where we tested our all the devices at three stages, on the successful quality test report, our inspection team moves the unit to our warehouse and marked it saleable which means only tested and quality approved devices moves to saleable inventory therefore we have recorded 0.1% hardware complain ratio however still if any issue occurred in GPS device,
We offer 1 year warranty (effective from purchase date) which you can claim any day during the period of the warranty.
We highly value our customers, hence we have door to door service, you not need to visit any place, our logistics person will come to your door and pick-up the damaged product, once we received the product at our service center and found any fault which is not able to be fixed, will replace it with new device within 2 days of the delivery.

Step by step process
- Simply call, or email our back-end team, to execute your replacement, attach warranty card and Tax invoice over the mail.
- Within 1 day, you will be received bar code over the same mail, once your replacement approved and ready to the pick-up.
- Pack the product carefully along with all the accessories and wires as original; Paste the Bar code on the packing box. Please ensure to tape the packet from all the sides so that parcel can’t be open while transit to us by the courier agency.
- Our logistics partner will come to your given address on schedule pick-up date and collect the return.
- Pick-up & delivery door to door services charges are 200/- which will be beard by the customer.
Terms & Condition
- If device physical broken/ tampered/ Burnt / water damaged/ in such cases, warranty will be void and replacement request would not be approved. Acumen GPS India Private Limited has rights to cancel or dismiss your replacement request. If device not found as per replacement criteria
- Customers are advised to share Invoice & warranty card over the mail while claiming replacement as warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date of purchase.
